Shipping
- As all items are made to order, please allow approximately 2 weeks from your order date for shipment.
- Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination.
- Delivery may be delayed during extended Japanese holiday periods (New Year, Golden Week, Obon) or due to traffic conditions, weather, and other factors.
■Domestic Shipping (Japan)
- Carrier: Kuroneko Yamato (Takkyubin)
- Shipping fee: Free nationwide
- Delivery time: Usually 1–3 business days after shipment (varies by region)
■International Shipping
- Carrier: EMS (Express Mail Service)
- Shipping fee: International shipping rates apply based on destination country/region
- Delivery time: Usually 2–14 business days (varies by destination)
Customs & Taxes
- Japanese consumption tax is included in the price for domestic orders.
- International orders are classified as exports and are therefore not subject to Japanese consumption tax.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Address
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Absence & Refused Delivery
- If a package is returned due to an extended absence, incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or similar reasons, reshipment can only be arranged within 7 days after the package arrives back at our office.
- If you wish to have the package resent, round-trip shipping fees, packaging material costs, and administrative handling fees will be charged to the customer.
- If the reshipment request period has passed, the order will be treated as canceled and no refund will be issued.
