Midwave, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") for the purpose of properly handling users' personal information on the website "Paint Yours" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") provided by the Company. By using the Site, users are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
Article 1 Personal Information

Article 4 Outsourcing
The Company may entrust all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will sufficiently examine the qualifications of the contractor, establish provisions regarding confidentiality obligations in the contract, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor.
Article 5 Use of Cookies, etc.

Article 7 Correction, etc. of Personal Information

If the Company receives a request for correction, etc. from a user and determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, the Company will, without delay, correct, etc. the personal information and notify the user accordingly. If the Company decides not to make corrections, etc. to all or part of the personal information, it will notify the individual to that effect without delay.
Article 8 Management of Personal Information
The Company will keep users' personal information accurate and up-to-date, and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, leakage, etc. of personal information, the Company will take necessary measures such as maintaining security systems, establishing management systems, and thoroughly educating employees, and will implement security measures to strictly manage personal information.
Article 9 Changes to This Policy
The Company may revise this Policy without prior notice in response to amendments to laws and regulations or changes to service contents. The revised content shall take effect at the time it is posted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date shall also be updated accordingly.
