This is a translation for reference. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.

Midwave Inc. ("we") sets out these terms ("these Terms") for the Paint Yours "Community Gallery Present Campaign" ("the Campaign").

Article 1 (Campaign period)

1. The Campaign starts on October 28, 2026.
2. We may change or end the Campaign without prior notice.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The Campaign is open to Paint Yours members who have displayed a work in the Community Gallery.

Article 3 (Works eligible for the draw)

1. Works whose display in the Community Gallery started between the 1st and the last day of the month, and which are still on display at the time of the draw, are eligible.
2. For the first draw, works whose display started between October 28 and November 30, 2026 are eligible.
3. Works whose display has ended or been withdrawn at the time of the draw are not eligible.

Article 4 (Number of entries)

1. Each work displayed in the Community Gallery counts as one entry.
2. If you bought several items in one order, each item can give one entry.
3. Re-posting a work based on the same item does not add an entry.
4. An item that has already been in a draw is not eligible for later draws, even if re-posted.

Article 5 (Odds of winning)

The following multipliers apply according to your member rank at the time of the draw.

• White member: 1x
• Silver member: 1.5x
• Gold member: 2x

These multipliers show a relative advantage in the draw and do not guarantee a win.

Article 6 (Number of winners)

1. There are 3 winners each month.
2. Even with several entries, one member can win only once per draw.

Article 7 (Draw and announcement)

1. We hold the draw by the 10th of the month after the target month.
2. Winners are announced only by email to the winners.
3. We contact winners at the email address registered with Paint Yours.
4. We do not contact entrants who did not win.
5. We cannot answer individual questions about the draw method or results.

Article 8 (Prize and delivery)

1. Winners receive a Paint Yours frame.
2. Winners enter the frame size, colour, delivery address and other details needed for delivery in the form linked in the winning email.
3. If the details are not entered within 7 days of the winning email, the prize is forfeited.
4. We pay the shipping. Customs duties, import taxes and other charges for delivery outside Japan are paid by the winner.
5. The delivery time may vary with stock and shipping conditions.

Article 9 (Invalid or cancelled wins)

We may treat an entry or win as invalid if we judge that any of the following applies.

1. A breach of these Terms
2. False information was registered or given
3. An entry was made by improper means
4. The required details were not entered within the deadline after the winning email
5. Any other reasonable grounds for us to judge the entry or win inappropriate

Article 10 (Notes)

1. The right to the prize cannot be transferred to another person.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
3. The prize or its specifications may change for unavoidable reasons.
4. Any communication costs of taking part are paid by the entrant.

Article 11 (Personal information)

Personal information collected for the Campaign is used only to contact winners and deliver prizes, and is handled under our privacy policy.

Article 12 (Other)

Matters not covered by these Terms follow the Paint Yours terms of service and other rules we set.
