Timing of Payment:
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Timing of Product Delivery:
As all products are made to order, they will, in principle, be shipped within 2 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.
The number of days required for delivery after shipment varies depending on your address, but it is usually 1 to 3 days.
*Delivery may be delayed during extended holiday periods such as the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and the Obon period, or due to traffic conditions, weather, etc.

Returns and Cancellations:
As items are made to order, we do not, in principle, accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
In the event that an item arrives clearly damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please notify us via our Contact form within 3 days of the delivery date (by 23:59). We will then guide you through the refund or exchange procedure.
